A construction marketplace, built end to end
Bookings, scheduling, quotes, inventory and payments, on a backend we built from the database up. The stock system runs from the warehouse to every van, reorders off supplier lead times, and reserves against work that hasn’t happened yet, so if a van is short for tomorrow’s job it shows on the calendar today rather than when the technician opens the doors. We rebuilt the whole thing from scratch so we could show it here. The original is in production for a client, along with its mobile app.
Who we are
Hafford is run by two U.S. founders, brother and sister. Leonard Curri handles client strategy, project management and delivery. Vjosa Curri leads engineering. The team in Prishtina is seven engineers: three on mobile, two full-stack and back end, one front-end, and one data engineer. The figures below come from the founders’ professional work before founding Hafford.

Leonard Curri
Co-Founder
Over a decade in project management and customer experience leadership, spanning the non-profit sector and consumer technology. Built out US operations as the founding employee for a consumer booking platform, reaching 8M+ users, and supported its UK and EU rollouts. Handles client strategy, scoping and delivery at Hafford.
Vjosa Curri
Co-Founder and Head of Engineering
Senior software engineer with 8+ years across mobile and backend development, starting in banking systems and working in fintech since. Led mobile development for TwoCents, a social media app, and has delivered contract engineering for large US technology companies. Leads Hafford's engineering team and works directly on client projects.
